Sometimes it’s tough to stay motivated or keep yourself positive when you think about your insecurities, For example: what others think, your lack of a better support system, physical insecurities, or even how you feel mentally.
It’s important to train your mind to see the good in everything. It’s a much tougher process than it sounds. It took me a very long time to train my mind into seeing the positive. I still have some trouble, but I realize how much progress I’ve made when I began practicing self-love & self-motivation. Step back from all the negative thoughts & think about how much you’re blessed with.
It’s so easy to get caught up in what others think. If you’re doing what makes you happy, then keep working hard at it. Ask yourself, are you doing it for you or for them? How much will you sacrifice your happiness & invested energy at the expense of pleasing others? You should do things things because you want to do them. You fill yourself with so much doubt & negativity when you think of your insecurities. You also develop low self-esteem when you’re constantly comparing yourself to others too.
Try to remain positive in yourself & continue doing what makes you happy.
